These are an array of apps from First Aid, to communication, navigation, how to find family members, etc. They are free and the links are in the Slideshare. Don’t just download them, but play with them a bit so you know how they work before you need them. Some can be useful every day. For example, the ROAD ID app is one I turn every day when I go out for a bike or run. It sends an automatic notification if I’ve stopped for more than five minutes (you can set it however you like). But if I’m out there on the North Boundary Road of Oak Ridge all by myself and have an accident and can’t phone, the app automatically will notify those I’ve programmed in via text and email that I’ve stopped. This can be a life saver!

There are other interesting things I use a lot, such as the compass app on my iPhone. Did you know on the second page of that app is a level?
